Awful, to say the least. Diana the hair stylist was cruel, annoying and rude. I walked in for a haircut. I set down then I told her I had a bit of product in my hair. She asked which kind. I told her loreal product of some kind. Then she proceeded to tell me about deals for product there. I understand they’re a business trying to make money. I made it clear I wasn’t interested but thanks. At that point she was persistent and kept going on about it. I told her I’m not interested I get a discount where I work. At that point she asked where. I told her, and I also told her we sell the same stuff. At that point she flip out. Stating the stuff you sell is fake. And harassing me. Pushing a bottle of product in my face. It was super uncomfortable. She then got rough cutting my hair. She then started talking to me about my beard. Asking if I’d like any work done there. I again told her I was uninterested. She proceed to tell me about a laser hair salon she worked at. And would not stop. Diana has no idea how to cut hair either. She shaved a huge chunk of my hair away above me ear. *see picture. I called the call center. The guy I spoke to seemed like he had ZERO interest in helping me or any type of empathy for my situation. DO NOT GO HERE.
