I regret stepping foot in this place. I took my daughter here for her first haircut. First, the stylist went out of her way to pick my child up and put her in the chair, which made me uncomfortable. She didn’t even attempt to say hi to her before grabbing her. It made me feel like she was in a hurry. Next, I very clearly stated that I did not want her to have bangs. I just wanted the same shape it was growing, just cleaning it up around her face. My daughter has straight across bangs now, completely opposite of what I wanted. She still looks cute as hell, but I’m livid! I should of just left when we weren’t made to feel like a priority. They lady could not put the scissors to my daughters head fast enough. It just felt like a rush job because the lobby was full. Time needs to be given to each customer. Not an appropriate way to handle a first haircut. Take the time and take your daughters somewhere a bit nicer, that will take the time to talk to you and understand what you want. Oh, and charged us for a full haircut, but gave us a coupon to go back. As if.

I guess that the staff of this store could be a little bit friendlier. Yesterday (8/5/2022) I called that this store in advance to check whether I needed to make an appointment to have an haircut. I got the answer that I can always walk in and may wait a couple of minutes to get the haircut. However, this morning (8/6/2022), when I walked in this store, the lady in the front desk asked me whether I made an appointment, otherwise I need to wait about 1 hour. She spoke to (almost like yelled to) me without any smile that they ALREADY have 5 customers booked the time. Looking like they have good business. However, I may find a friendlier place to have my hair cut.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI took our 5 year old son in for a hair cut. The hair dresser used a shaver and trimmed his hair short on the sides and longer on the top. Before I turned around our son was out of the seat and ready to go except the hair looked awful. It wasn’t cut evenly and he still had hair all over him. He made no attempt to clean him off. You’d expect more professional work when you’re paying $20 for a cut. Very disappointing. Don’t take your young children there. They don’t seem interested in cutting their hair and they couldn’t wait to get him out of their and onto the next customer.
