Usually a great place. The stylists know us. New stylists tonight. I checked in beforehand for 4. Myself and 3 boys. She said she could only get 2 of us in because they close at 7. We came in at 6:15. Our haircuts take 15mins at most…We went out to the car real quick to grab the boys tablets while they wait, came back in and she said she cleared us from the system. Disappointing. No sense of customer loyalty, going the extra mile.

14 min wait when I signed in with 3 guys ahead of me. 33 min later I left with the same 3 ppl still getting their hair cut. Not sure what was going on, but I wouldn’t return if you’re in any kind of a hurry. Came back 2 hours later and received and excellent haircut.

Had a horrible experience the last time I came here! I brought both of my sons, one for a decent hair cut but the other one got an absolutely horrible hair cut. The fading on the side is so bad that you can actually see the crooked lines from a mile away! I will not be bringing my boys back there again.

Quick and easy appointments, friendly stylists, and a great price too! Today, while burning some yard waste, a gust of wind caused a flame to blow my way and my hair was singed! Fortunately, Great Clips is open until 7pm on Saturday, so they solved a big problem for me. Thank you Great Clips!?

I’ve been going to this store for years. Kelly always cut my hair, and did an excellent job. I’ve been there twice since she is no longer with the company, and had been very unsatisfied with my haircut. I finally found Mary Anne. Told her what has been happening. She was very apologetic. She took great care of me and did a wonderful job. I found my new hair stylist for that great clips, finally. Thanks Marianne you’re wonderful.

I really enjoyed this Great Clips. The manager’s name is clorissa. While she was cutting my hair, I was explaining a situation that was about to happen in the next few days. I don’t live in the area and I was an hour away from home. I would definitely go back there again. She did a fantastic job cutting my hair. And her attitude was also fantastic.
