Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDeja was rude as hell and the worst hair dresser I’ve ever had. She finished my haircut in 2 minutes and messed up my hair really badly. Pretty quick service considering they were slammed and perfection oriented. They page your phone so you can walk around beautiful Ferndale for a bit. If you are are smart enough to book online (I wasn’t) you pretty much have no wait. Great overall experience.

Critical: ProfessionalismLa always does a wonderful job, but he wasn’t in today. I went in obviously to get a haircut. Instead, I got a completely unprofessional, strange lady who did nothing but spray my hair for 10 minutes with water, tell me (twice) that she spent $22,000 on Paul Mitchell hair school, gesticulate wildly with scissors in her hand, tell me about how she’s going to real estate school online because she only gets paid $10.50 an hour, etc., etc. After about 4 snips in 10 minutes I politely told her that she was making me nervous and I excused myself from her chair. I waited for someone else to cut my hair, which she did quite nicely. However, I also had to endure the first/eccentric one walking back and forth behind me calling me names.
