The app crashes everything itry to use it. So I called they said there is no waiting, I said I be there is 15 mins, gave them my name. We went there in 10 min. They told us it was a 45 min wait. I said why didn’t you tell me on the phone? She Saud to use the app and I said I told you it keeps crashing. I walk out. Forget it, I am not waiting 45 mins. We went to another place.

The worst experience ever. They don’t know how to cut, no matter how many decades of experience. Butchered eyebrows, and even hair! Even though I nicely asked to use scissors and she decided to use the clippers. After the fact and seen it was like a 1 clipper. It was too late being one was already clipped. Ruined our visit to come here for a wedding. Sickening. No remorse, no cal back. They don’t care too!
