I have only walked in the door to this Great Clips once and I never will again. The stylist, Carrie was beyond rude to guests. The way she talked to my wife while I was there was inexcusable. Just a rude person with zero people skills. Go to literally any other Great Clips if you can.

My normal stylist was out so I saw Carrie. I wish I never had. I asked for a trim and to trim my bangs. What she did was butcher my hair. She took off and thinned the back so much that I am devestated but did not even touch my bangs. When I asked her about it and at least fixing my bangs, her attitude was awful. The rude and nasty tone in her voice was not appropriate. I am not trying to be dramatic but hope I can keep her from ruining someone else’s day and weekend like she did mine.

Absolutely hate my hair cut. I asked fur just below my chin and it’s definitely just above my chin, random long pieces that I have had to cut myself, and the entire thing is choppy and bad. I will absolutely never be back, never in my life have I gotten a truly awful hair cut but I guess I get one now from coming here. Haircut

Walked in on a Sunday, during COVID, without an appointment, and still had exceptional service!!! We checked in at the door and waited in our car for about 5 minutes before they came out and got us for a haircut. The lady who cut my sons hair had been cutting hair for over 25 years and rocked it out of the park! Super fast, exactly what we wanted, and she was such a lovely lady!!! Definitely recommend this place for a good and quick haircut!!!
