Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here. It was a simple cut and it did not turn out right. They have a strange computer database that is supposed to ‘remember’ your last cut choice but I’m pretty sure there is a problem somewhere. I get my hair cut elsewhere.

I have been a regular customer here for several years. I used to have a pleasant experience. Looks like the staff has been replaced. They are very unwelcoming and highly unprofessional. No one greets us anymore. They treat you like they doing a free service to you. Especially the lady who worked on my kid’s hair was very impatient and highly disrespectful to me and my kid. I may not visit this place again.

Was lucky to have David as my barber. Originally a hurricane Katrina survivor, he lost everything and is now cutting hair here. The man is excellent with managing both hair and customers, and is a great conversationalist. I’ve recently moved to the local area, and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Plus, he gave one of the better cuts I’ve ever had. Thanks David!

Went here to get a simple trim, just wanted one inch off, the stylist did what she wanted and trimmed off way more. And she trimmed it extremely uneven that anyone can notice. Than when I went to pay and write 0 dollars for the tip she got really upset and didn’t even say goodbye at all. Once I gave her the receipt she looked at it and didn’t say anything after. Very rude and unprofessional staff here. Do not recommend, and the company does not care about their customers, as the response from the company on other reviews is the exact same for everyone. We are sorry, thank you for your rating, all that bs. Definitely not worth $15 for a haircut. That was my last time with great clips and no longer recommending it to anyone.

I always come here. It is nice place. Less wait times. I had wonderful stylists through out but they tend to leave after a short time. Today was taken care by Hanadi, she was great , very pleased by her customer service. Thanks Hanadi.
