Love this location. Always check in on the great clips app. Then you’ll be basically 1dt in line once you get there based on what the wait was when u checked in. Particularly like this location because Heather works here. My husband has been having his haircut by her for years and now so do I. She does an amazing job.

I got my Covid shot at Meijer and decided to stop at Great Clips for a cut. I’ve been a customer for over 15 years. I did not do an online registration due to not knowing how long it would take at Meijer and because I can’t see to do it over the phone. Plus, I’m on 24/7 oxygen so they saw that I was at a disadvantage, to begin with. They had several people pop in who said they had registered online. I waited for several people to be taken before me. Then, another two people showed up. When I asked when they would do my cut, they said there were two more people ahead of me. I find that very unprofessional and not compassionate. What’s the sense in having walk-ins if they let everybody go before them? Not a good way to do business. I hope corporate notices this. Plus, those ladies cutting hair were over 50 years old and were plump, yet, their yoga pants were so tight one would think they were permanent tattoos. Gross. Such unkindness and lack of consideration for customers, especially, those who are handicapped. And, my family members used to frequent Great Clips. Not anymore.

WHATEVER you do DON’T go to the Great Clips on Nankin Blvd if you want to get serviced. I use the on-line sign in which had 16 mins on the clock when I signed in. I left my house and spent the next 10 min driving to this location and when I arrive the computer has my name on it first with a now 29 min wait. That is ridiculous. I walked out and changed my last review from a 5 star to a 1 star.

My neighborhood Great Clips does a decent job. I’m not too picky about my haircuts but they get it the way I like probably 9 times out of 10. I think the key to a good haircut is actually knowing what you want, otherwise you can’t exactly have the hair stylists read your mind. Pleasant crew. Typical haircut prices have increased abruptly. As of 02/03/23, the seen adult haircut price is $18.

Took my niece for a haircut after going to SEVERAL places that are now closed!!! Before this we stopped at the hair hut on Wayne Rd and the sign displayed they were open only to get her out of her car seat and find out they were CLOSED!! Great Clips was the 5th place we stopped at and thank goodness they were actually open!! I don’t remember the stylists name but she had a cleft palate not that it matters because she was VERY GOOD with my 6 year old niece and did an excellent job!! I left her a 35% tip that’s how much I appreciated the job she did and the care she took on my niece! I wish I could have given more but I hope she appreciates what we could give. Highly recommend this place:-)
