It was that time again today and so I stopped in at Great Clips for a haircut. I was greeted immediately and only had a short wait, which was entirely my fault because I forgot to check in on line. My bad. But I am still learning about the benefits of new technology the hard way —- from experience. Lol. At any rate, Miss Chelsea did a Wonderful job cutting my hair and I thoroughly enjoyed her company as she did so. This location has plenty of, handicap accessible, parking available and is right in front of the Walmart Supercenter if you need to do some shopping after your haircut. Also, masks are optional at this time.

First I want to start this review with all the staff have always been great but I went today for myself and my 10 year old child to get haircuts, looking at my receipt when I get home I realized I was charged 20 dollars for a child’s haircut. I called in to speak with someone and was told that they literally changed the prices last night (feb 3 2023) and they were not allowed to say anything to their customers about the change in price. I feel like this is a major mess up on corporates side of things. You should really make sure your customers know when you change prices you never know if someone is on a fixed income and can’t afford the couple extra dollars. Do better guys.

If I can give you 0 stars I would. Emilie was told to give my son a trim. She basically shaved it all off. The reason you were told to trim is because my son has autism and he twirls his hair on top as a comfort mechanism. Thanks for cutting it all off. I will NEVER go there again, mind you his first time. And I will NEVER refer that place ever in life!

I took my handsome grandson to get a fresh haircut this pass Saturday July 30,2022 update for a fresh haircut . Natalie is the young lady who cuts his hair, when I say, she is so gentle so concerning and patience my grandson is 8 going on 20, he’s very intelligent . She cut his hair just as I asked and put three parts on the side. This location is wonderful
