I cannot say ENOUGH great things about great clips! I have been to two locations. The first one was in Royal Oak after my kids dad butchered his hair with clippers and I thought I was going to have to shave his head to fix it. Great Clips came to the rescue then and saved his hair. I moved in August and came to this location and have had nothing less than a fantastic experience. My son loves it here and never should have strayed. I was trying to give him a little bit of a “fun” experience at one of those kids hair cut places (that will remain unnamed) today because he was in the hospital last week. It’s his first day back to preschool today after missing a week and a half so I wanted him to have a fresh haircut. I immediately regretted my decision- they butchered his hair and left both stylists working at Great Clips saying “what in the world did they do?!” I left and went online to get in line for Great Clips and 15 minutes later he was in the chair getting his hair fixed. Brittany saved the day today! I will never take my son anywhere else again!!
