If your workers are sick, keep them home. She was not personal at all, I asked for a trim and what needed to be cut off since I have bad ends right now, didn’t cut the front and didn’t give her input as a hair stylist on what I should do with damaged hair. Was not impressed. I have been here before and they were good. Anyone else that was working there would have been better to get a hair cut from.

I do like some of the girls that had been there awhile. They suggest that I use the online check in. So I did. I was alerted by text that my appointment was approaching so we went to the location. I stood there for 10 min. Someone else walked in. Then another.. and another. The girl proceeded to take all those ppl before me. When I asked her did she have my online reservation she said yes. But it was past 15 min and that I no longer had a place in line. So after god knows how long we wasted.. we left. I was told you could stay online all day if you wanted.. that the don’t erase it. Had she responded to me when I walked in.. I wouldn’t have been 15 min late. I was late technically bc I waited so long while other ppl were getting served before me.. and besides all that the girl was extremely rude. I have never seen her before. Hopefully I don’t again. My son even said when we went back that he did not want the mean girl cutting his hair.

Worst experience ever! They lost the information on my son’s haircut and the girl treated me like an idiot belittling me about it. It was horrible how I was treated and then I had to sit there and worry while she cut my child’s hair. The manager called me and apologized for the experience and said she was gonna speak with her and send us coupons, yet here we are almost a month later and Nothing! It’s ok I wouldn’t trust to go back to this location anyways! We will go back to the one on telegraph or any other location where the ladies are friendly and make me and my children comfortable!

Went here for a haircut and at first the lady almost did a 4 on the sides and a 2 on the top what the hell for real and when I get home I see I have long strands of hair on my sides and I’m not talking one or two stands I’m talking about the whole sideburn was missed with long strands on each side of your gonna charge me $15 for a haircut you need to make sure it’s cut properly I will never come back and I will not recommend people to come here

I had a much better experience here than at BoRics in Monroe. I found the great clips facility to be clean, and the staff professional. My son received a hair cut in about 15 minutes while we waited. The Android app made our experience quick and easy and reduced the stress that BoRics caused when they said they were too busy. Sometimes a parent needs help immediately and Great Clips exceeded my expectations. Time saved alone was well worth the chance of trying something new. We’ll be back.
