I’ve been to this location a few times over the past couple years and never had any issues but I went today and the stylist had no clue what she was doing. I just get a #4 buzz cut, the literally the simplest haircut ever. She missed a bunch of hair on top and the sides and was going to leave my bangs 2 inches long until I said something to her. I had to explain to her how to buzz around a cowlick. At the end I noticed she cut into my hair doing the neck line but I didn’t trust her to fix it at this point. I’m now home trying to fix the mess she made. Avoid this location at all cost.

I’ll just preface by saying that I NEVER leave reviews or bad ones at that, but today I left this place feeling very uncomfortable so here we are. After waiting a very long time to start, I expected to get a decent hair cut with some amount of care put into it.. but the entire experience was just terrible from the get go. The stylist I had the unfortunate chance of getting to do my hair was just unsatisfactory. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable the entire process and I could not wait to get out of her chair. I was hoping to get one of the other two ladies working because they seemed way better and friendlier but that’s how the cookie crumbles.. left a bad taste in my mouth as well as a sub par hair cut.

I explained the lady that I want taper/fade on the sides (I used both terms). She didn’t seemed to comprehend the meaning of taper/fade. The way she used the hair clipper, it felt like she was grooming a dog/sheep. It hurt me. The hair on the top were uneven. She just rushed through the haircut, zero attention to detail. Won’t be coming back here again. EVER!!
