Critical: Professionalism, QualityGot a haircut a little over a month ago, it was perfect. I was happy with the length and overall style. The woman put my specifications in the computer so I could get the “same haircut next time”. I got a haircut yesterday, the woman used the lengths and specs from my last haircut BUT kept messing up to the point where my hair was about twice as short as last time, she cut my sideburns but DIDNT blend them (had to do it myself when I got home), and instead of squaring the back like she was supposed to, she squared it but rounded the edges? Some barbers here know what they’re doing, but it seems some don’t. If you want consistent, good haircuts DO NOT GO HERE. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueDuring this pandemic I give this salon and employees a lot of credit. I’ve witnessed people getting so upset with the employees over their rules they have to follow to stay open. They are short staffed, but still pulling through. Steve, Mickey, summer, Lauren, are all amazing stylists there. Very polite and explains everything. I feel bad for what they have to deal with from the public. If you don’t like their policies, then feel free to leave and go somewhere else. What I’ve witnessed is sickening. I couldn’t do this type of job seeing what they have to deal with.Stay strong Fairlane Green! During this pandemic I give this salon and employees a lot of credit. I’ve witnessed people getting so upset with the employees over their rules they have to follow to stay open. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueEveryone leaving any sort of negative review about company policies that need to be followed per state guidelines or that they choose to implement to keep people safe are out of their minds.The quality of stylist working at this particular location is way above the pay grade of a $16 haircut and the wait times are non-existent compared to almost any other walk-in style barbershop out there. No matter who you see you’ll look great for way less money than you can spend getting the same cut and style elsewhere so make sure you take some of those savings and tip your stylists people! I haven’t left a hair salon completely 100% satisfied with the way my hair turned out until today I loved it when it was first done and I fell I love even more after going home and styling it.
