Had a great haircut by Lisa! She took the time to listen to my requests and then give me exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend her. The salon is well maintained, and there’s always someone greeting you when you enter the salon. I would definitely go back there again.

🙁 Not a great experience, the lady who did my hair was rushed and did not seem to want my input. Don’t like how my hair looks down now, she cut it shorter than I wanted and I’d been growing it all summer. She wasn’t even going to show me the back before cashing me out. Have to pin the front up now daily to hide not blended in, too short layers that I didn’t ask for! Charged for shampoo even though me and my daughter both paid for conditioning treatments, seems like that should of been included. Much better experience at Grosse pointe Great Clips every time.

Barely ok. Stylist did not listen to what I was asking her to do. My hair was not cut like I asked her to do. One side is shorter than the other side.. I also asked for her to cut it shorter over the ears and she didn’t do it. I will not go back to that shop again. She barley even wet it down in order to cut it right . She didn’t use the blow dryer to get all the hair off my. The girl that I usually see there wasn’t there but I was assured that the my haircut would be just like it usually is done. I’ve never been so unhappy about a haircut.

I brought my 3 boys (12, 5, 4) in for hair cuts on the fly and was afraid I’d have an excruciating wait time or that 3 cuts would take a few turns to fulfill wherever we could be fit in. Not the case at all! We sat less than 5 minutes and all 3 boys were called at the same time so we could get in and out fast. Each brother got to choose their cut and all were happy when they were finished. My wallet was happy with the prices and my day wasn’t wasted on waiting. A++
