Worst haircut I have ever had. The stylist was pleasant enough and held conversation well. I personally enjoy the stylist talking to me and there wasn’t a lot of pressure to ‘maintain’ a conversation, but if you prefer less chit chat, this isn’t for you. My real issue comes with the fact that she didn’t read anything beyond a sliver of the notes in my haircut and butched the entire thing. My usual cut is a 2 blended down into a 1, and nothing to the top and front. Instead, she did a 1 all around and then, without my consent, started cutting at the top- “to get rid of the dried ends” she said. Well, those ‘dried ends’ were the curls to my perm I had gotten less than 3 months ago, of which she completely cut out. I left the store with flat hair that I now can’t even style to my liking nor hide, as my entire scalp is practically bald except for the pinstraight, short hair on top. I have never been so ashamed of a haircut. I don’t even want to go outside. I have never been done so wrong by a Great Clips in my life.

I cannot recommend this location enough! I came here after a terrible experience at a location nearby that left me with an uneven haircut and an awful experience overall. They invited me in with a lovely smile from the front desk inviting me in, an honest worker who offered the other stylist to do my hair as that is something the other stylist is so good at, and an amazing stylist who was able to fix my hair and being a smile to my face. The visit I had today was such an amazing one, everyone was so kind and so genuine. It’s so hard to find that nowadays and I’m so glad I didn’t go back to the other location and came here to get it fixed instead. Thank you for making me fee comfortable and bringing a smile back to my face!

Stylist took me to a seat that had hair and liquid on it and her work station was unclean. I asked her if she needed a moment to clean up from her last customer. She said “it’s just hair”. When I asked about sterilization between customers she didn’t have a response. Left without getting a cut.

My husband goes there faithfully ever since they opened up. The stylists that work there all do a great job. I’ve been there and so has all 3 of my kids we have all tried several types of styles and they always do a great job. They are all very friendly and have great customer service! I would definitely recommend anyone to give them a try! Can’t beat the prices either!

My husband and I had our haircuts done at the same time from 2 seperate stylists. His haircut turned out perfect, while my stylist was friendly, she ended up cutting way too much of my hair off. She was supposed to take no more than 3 inches off and cut lots of layers in, I ended up with a shoulder length plain cut. I had to ask her to please stop cutting more of my length off. One of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had in my life. I absolutely hate my hair cut and I keep it brushed back into a ponytail and avoid looking in any mirrors at all costs.
