Checked in online, arrived at store to complete check-in (5 minute wait time). Both stylists were with other customers. Asked if i checked in online and said yes. “Have a seat, you’re next”. The person that came in after I did was assisted before me, and hadn’t checked in. Total wait time was 41 minutes. This rating is because of the above comments and has nothing to do with my stylist (newer). She was awesome and would get 5 .’s! There is a Great Clips near my home, but I drive 45 minutes to this location because of the service I normally receive.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I haven’t cut my hair in 2.5 years, I was letting it grow. I went in for a trim and some layers. Literally said keep my length and just even things up. The older woman in the first station to the left of the desk chopped my hair to almost 2 inches ALL OVER MY HEAD. She hardly got it wet and used NO sections she just pulled my hair all over with a comb and hacked. I was in the chair for 10 mins maximum and was so horrified when I saw what she did I walked out in silence. This woman should not have a license. She did NOTHING properly and I refuse to leave my house. You pay for what you get and I learned my lesson. This was horrible. Do not go here unless you want to look like you’re from the 70’s and early 80’s.
