So I am a 52 year young man, I looked online to see the hours of operation, it said open till 6 pm after driving their and only to find out by the manager (of which could’ve let her employee who was just sitting their waiting for a Coustomer of which it was 546 at this time she very well could’ve got me in and done probably by 6 pm I have them cut my hair with clippers as it is short a#2 on the sides and a #4 on the top and some free handed cutting lol but they turned me away) that they don’t take customers after 5:30pm, yet it clearly did not say anything about all of that online, so

Great staff. Super fast, friendly and did a great job with my hair. I told her the only thing i cared was long enough for a hair tie and let her have a free for all cut. Other staff also offered my kiddo a popsicle while he patiently waited for us to be done. Will definitely be returning to this location. When my kiddo gets cuts here the staff is always patient with him as he has sensory issues and the clippers scare him. They make sure to show him on his arm or hand that they wont hurt him.

Great Clips roulette strikes again. Been to this location 6x’s or so with mixed results. Really bad haircut the time before, followed up by another subpar haircut with one of the most appalling customer service interactions I have had in some years. So bad to the point that I emailed customer service and really hope that they respond for some follow up. Definitely won’t be at this location EVER again and probably Great Clips in general.

Lauren In Port Huron & she was amazing! I had to one stylist for about 7yrs. She moved and I’ve been into great clips twice once with a decent cut once with it not lined properly by the same person. Got lucky enough to come in this morning and meet Lauren. She is great at her job and super friendly but not over friendly like most. I’ll start getting my cut hair cut once a month now instead of twice a yr bc of her!
