did not get what i asked for. i had a man do my hair asked for layers and did not get that. he brushed my hair with a bunch of someone else’s hair in the brush. and then after using it on me continued to use it on another person. went to another shop and got it fixed. Haircut

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI wouldn’t go back to any Great Clips location but I would NEVER go back to this one even if it was the last place open on Earth. I went in for a simple bang trim, I was met with someone who didn’t seem to really want to help me and that was apparent from the get go. She sat me in the chair and asked me what I wanted. I said a bang trim at eyebrow length. She cut them way shorter than I wanted and they are so uneven that I cried when I left. She completely butchered my face framing and tried to cut the rest of my hair when I told her I was only there for my bangs. I’ve had bangs for almost all of my life and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had getting them trimmed. The lady was also more concerned with the other stylist and her conversation and I felt like I wasn’t given the attention needed for a good experience. She also smelled of cigarettes and I had to shower when I got home because the smell was so overwhelming! My hairdresser was so rude and embarrassing me! I have psoriasis. I’ve had it for over a decade. I’m not in middle of a flair but she very rudely and loudly kept talking about how bad my scalp was so everyone getting a haircut and in waiting room could hear she kept trying to sell me products for a medical condition my doctor treats! Plus she gave me the worse haircut of my life! I’m going to be wearing hats for months!!! I asked for short cut that was long enough to tuck behind my ear, not quite chin length but back short to use wax in. When hair dresser went to cut front too short I tried to stop her but she said it had to be that short. I didn’t want a short pixie pics of examples of what i was trying for vs what I got.
