Brought my daughter in for a cut and a style. The lady started to cut her hair when it was dry. I asked if she could please wash her hair first so it would be wet before cutting (never saw someone cut hair dry before). She told me it would be extra. I told her that would be no problem.. She cut her hair totally uneven with a very short layer underneath (didnt realize this until we left). I asked if she could dry it because my daughter had dripping wet hair. The stylist got angry then and told me a blow dry was extra. Again i told her that was no problem I didnt mind paying. She dried her hair for less than a minute stopped and told me that if i had wanted all these services i would have to make an apt a day in advance and that she would not provide a wash cut and blow dry without at least 24 hour notice. My daughter is 10 yrs old and has medium length straight hair it should not have been that hard. We were the only other people in the salon and there were 3 other stylists there in the middle of the afternoon. The lady was ridiculous and really mean Obviously great cuts isn’t in business to make money as i was trying to spend my money but the stylist just wouldn’t do the job. So weird ! First and last time i will ever go there.

Rushed into letting them do “what I always get” because the woman (older, blonde bushy hair) seemed to be having a bad day but then she wasn’t paying attention and almost cut pieces I specifically told her to not touch, and would have if I hadn’t said something. She didn’t speak to me at all, not even small talk, which is fine, I get having a bad day, but on top of a rushed job I felt dismissed. I told her how my bangs should go, with the shortest piece being at the tail of my eyebrow when side swept. She cut them barely on an angle and they are now too short to fix, way shorter than what I asked, and very bluntly done. When she was finished blow drying and said to “check it out” my hair was left blown all over for me to fix so I could see and was feeling very pressured to just get out of there that I didn’t take a good enough look.

My granddaughter only wanted maybe 4 inch cut off her hair she relayed that message to the girl, her hair was to her bum when she came out she was crying because the girl cut her Har to maybe 4 inches below her shoulders, the girl screwed up and had to fix it which meant it was shorter, she grew her hair for 6 years only to have it gone in matters of minutes. I called and discovered it was the manager who cut her hair. My grandmother is still devastated. MY WISH IS THAT THIS MANAGER ISNT ALLOWED to CUT Hair after this. I can’t believe she did this. Sad thing is she said my granddaughter agreed to 10 inches and that isn’t true..she cut app 14 inches off her hair. Just devastating.
