Lack of focus and communication with their clients. Bad experience on 12-30. Without asking my stylist took it upon herself to trim the left side of my beard. My facial hair does not grow very quickly and while it may not seem like much, taking off 1/8 of an inch is removing a month of growth. Left me uneven since she did not do the same to my right side. Had to touch it up at home and lose all that time . Very unsatisfied by the fact that she was unconcerned with what was taking place and more concerned with idle workplace gossip during my haircut.

I got my hair cut at this location for the first time. Oh my God, it was absolutely awful! I asked the stylist for the easiest most basic thing ever, take an inch off the back and clean up the ends of my hair. I asked her for a blunt/straight across cut. How can you be a licensed stylist and not even know how to cut a straight line? Anyways, she ended up cutting off more like 3 inches, which greatly upset me because I told her that I was growing my hair out! I specifically told her that I didn’t want any texturizing, layering, or thinning. She started chopping away at the front of my hair! Also, she cut the back of my hair (perimeter) completely uneven! I have naturally curly hair. Prior to my arrival, I had washed, blow-dried, and flat ironed my hair. I told the stylist that, and that I always got my haircut dry. I wanted her to cut my hair dry. She deliberately disobeyed me began spraying my hair down and cutting it. I was so upset! Also, she didn’t even bother to clean up/dust/trim the rest of my hair (around my crown and such). I’m assuming it’s because she didn’t know how. The entire time she was cutting my hair she was being directed by the other stylist there as what to do, which made me even more uncomfortable! I wear a Halo extension piece. I brought it in to have her blend it with my real hair. She didn’t even put it in my head. She just started cutting it at her station. She cut my halo uneven too, she gave it a “V” cut, not at all the straight blunt cut I asked for! Butchered both my real hair and my extensions! You don’t have to be a stylist to know how to put a Halo extension in, it literally takes seconds and is super easy. Why did the stylist leave the Halo band on the middle of my forehead? Like, she didn’t even put it on my hair! It was clearly visible too. There’s nothing I can do, but grow my hair out, which is going to take months and months. Seriously, if you don’t know how to cut hair, why are you even working at a salon? If she didn’t know how to cut women’s hair or Caucasian hair, she should have said so and referred me to someone else! I am so upset. Absolutely awful experience!

My boyfriend came here to get his medium-length curly/bushy hair cut & I stopped in with him as we were on our way somewhere else. Number one, he has never received a better cut. The woman who cut his hair knew exactly what she was doing and gave him exactly what he asked for. The other two ladies working were also just as amazing, and the three of them made coming here a wonderfully happy experience. Odd to have such a fun time at a hair salon, lol! He won’t be going anywhere else for his haircuts from now on!

I’ve been to Leo twice now and I have never gotten as many compliments on my hair in my entire life combined as I have in the past five months for both cuts! He is so talented. I can’t imagine going to anyone else now, I’m so happy with my hair!! Haircut

The reason is they got my handicapped son in and cut his hair so perfect! My son was extremely happy with his new look! Also they keep a record of how the style was done before, so you don’t even have to tell them what you want in a style, if you wish for a different cut they keep a record of that too! Ive had my hair done here and they make it just the way you want with no mistakes, and I am quite picky, they have never let me down, very rare in hair places! 2 thumbs up! Very professional cuts every time with no mistakes! I recommend this place hands down, absolutely no worries how your hair will look!!!

I’ve gone here many times in the past year. I almost always have a different person cutting my hair, and they usually do a pretty good job, granted my hair cut is very simple though. Never had a bad experience but some times the wait can be a bit long if you come at busy times.
