I have been to this Great Clips every 4-6 weeks, for the past 3 years. The most I ever had to wait was 15 minutes. There is always the convenience of registering your appointment online. 9 times out of 10 I am happy with the haircut I received. That 10th time is usually my mood, not the barber’s skills. I would highly recommend this establishment.

I cannot NOT recommend this location enough. I walked in, as it is advertised as okay to do, and the first thing they mention is that I didn’t get in line online. They made me feel as though I was inconveniencing them for not doing so. Then they sat me down, asked me what I wanted and proceeded to start chopping before I was finished explaining it. I have a side part and they parted my hair in the middle and said that’s how they were doing it (I should have just walked out then). I had my arms out on the sides of the cape, as I was hot and was feeling uncomfortable as it was, and when hair fell on my arm I wasn’t too concerned but brushed it off. That was followed by a comment of “that’s why you leave your arms under the capes, so it’s not making it a hassle for me[him]”. They also asked what shampoo i used, when I replied with the brand, they scoffed at it and mumbled under their breath. Instead of directing me to a “better” version or anything. The cut was finished, I asked for long layers and a face frame and did not get that. I paid, and tipped, but actually left crying because I was so uncomfortable and upset. I got home, looked in the mirror and my hair was longer on one side to boot, I couldn’t even hide it or anything.

We love this location out of the three that are near us. Even though every location has somewhat frequent turnaround of stylists, we get good service time after time. It might help because we use their app. When you use the app, they take notes on what kind of cut you had so that next time you’re in, a new stylist knows where to start. The check in feature is nice. If the app says the estimated wait is 15 minutes, that’s when I leave home and I’m usually the next one in line once I get there.

Great place for a quick cut or trim. Very fast with quality work. Store was very clean and inviting. We walked in on two occasions and had very little wait time. You can set up appointments in advance on their website too.

The place is well staffed and they’re very quick about their service. This was one of the place we had really decorated their shop for Halloween. I found minimal wait time compared to any other place. For me this is decent and good enough

I’ve been getting my haircut here every month or so for the past two years, and have always been pleased with the haircut I’ve received, no matter what stylist I’ve had.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy husband gets his hair cut here regularly and typically has a good experience. 100% do not recommend for children’s cuts. The woman that cut my TWO year old son’s hair was cold, impatient and literally jerked his head up with her hands instead of talking to him like a human. On top of that his haircut was terrible.
