I had an excellent experience at the Wabash Landing location! I went to get my 3 year old a haircut, we needed a new salon as our previous one kept leaving his hair crooked. The stylist who did his hair was extremely patient with him and kept encouraging and reassuring him. I think we found our new salon!!

I really liked that you keep a record of a customer’s hairstyle into your database, so as to easily replicate it in the next visit. Also, I liked that you would allow a customer to reset the haircut within a week without paying extra, if not satisfied.

Have been using this place for my haircuts for 10 years. I register on-line and have never had more than a 10 min wait after I arrive. Only reason I don’t give this Great Clips 5 stars is because of constant personnel turnover. They give me consistent haircut but once in a while they try & re-style me.
