Got my son’s hair cut their today about an hour and a half before closing and from the second we walked in the door I knew it was going to be a great experience. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a very pleasant lady making sure we were checked in and confirming the appointment. Quick wait time, excellent music playing (led zeppelin, neil young, Fleetwood mac etc) super friendly employees and a PERFECT HAIRCUT! Miranda was the one who cut his hair, she was so nice, talkative, great with my son and did such a GREAT job on his hair. Like I said it was closer to closing time and no one acted like they were over the day or anything….still super friendly and doing their jobs very well! Appreciate the whole experience and so completely happy with the cut, the price and the time i spent there.

They way they have you go online is a great idea. Let’s you know if they’re busy by how long the way is. You can tell the prompt not to put you in. That way you can run another errands or know when to leave your home for your salon. Makes life easier for yourself and Great Clips runs smoother. Will go back again.

The stylist was great. She took her time and listened to me. I had an issue with a past product purchase. While this was no fault of the stylist they referred me to the manager. Very disappointed. She had to call her manager and between the both of them did not honor what I was promised. Felt bad for the stylist because she knew what had happened and they didn’t listen.

One of the best things about Great chips besides the stylists is you can check in online before you get there. Reasonable prices, stylists are very friendly and great customer service.
