Checked in online showed 32mins. Get there and there’s only 1 person work she told me I was next in line. The other 2 were on break. Waited over 30 minutes the 1 stylist finished the customer. Then took someone else, another stylist came back from break and took someone else.

I asked for a half inch off the top but at least an inch was taken off and it looks like it was basically buzzed. The trim line in the back is very off and is so far from my natural hair line. When it was 11:00 on my phone she opened the door for another employee to come in for the day.
