I’ve been here a few times, a different stylist each time, with each cut basic. Two days ago I saw this location was open again and thought that I’d stop to trim up some areas of my now longer pixie cut I’m growing out. I’ll never return. rather than simply tidying up the base of the neck and trimming around the ears, I got a bowl cut. I was mortified. A “3 and a 4” is what the stylist said she used. And around the ears, too! Good god I have never had such a horrendous cut. So much for a touch up trim before holiday photos. A HUGE mistake I’ll never make again.

The first red flag was the stylist didn’t use a paper collar. I asked for a middle part and what I received was not even remotely close to one. I provided a picture (of myself) of exactly what I wanted and the result was nothing close to that. The stylist cut the back of my hair straight across and crooked. They also tried to up charge me for products on three separate occasions.

Incredibly friendly staff giving good cuts, styles, and services at very reasonable prices. Two of my kids got haircuts and Kayla and Teresa were very patient to make sure the kids got what they wanted, which was not easy. The location by the mall is very convenient for a spur of the moment cut after dinner.

Couldn’t get in this time. Limited seating due to Vovid-19. I give 5 stars because their priority is ‘stay safe’. I love that. And I usually like their work. I’ll call a little earlier for an appointment next time.
