Manager moves family and friends in front of me after when I registered I was told there are 2 in front of me I waited through 3 cuts and a long conversation from the manager about dog shows with her completed customer to be told now that 6 are ahead of me. Then I visited the Muncie Great clips and was told about many New Castle customers driving to Muncie because of scheduling and other issues. Thank you Muncie Great Clips.
