Went in for a small haircut, just to get bangs evened and the rest shorter. Absolutely butchered. The ‘layers’ we were charged for look snipped off with safety scissors, and the back of my head is cut up to the scalp almost. I went in with hair past my shoulders. Ridiculous. Can’t follow clear instructions and do whatever the hell they want with hair. They didn’t even TOUCH the bangs, it’s all choppy and horrid. At this point I’ll have to go fix it myself in the bathroom. Holding back tears when I walked out of this place, absolutely ridiculous. Didn’t even have a chance to say it was too short, first snip was immediately a good two-three inches shorter than it should have been. Uneven and awful.

The lady who trimmed my hair and beard was an absolute angel, she styled it perfecty. The conversation was great, and I couldnt have been happier with my cut. I left without realizing that I had forgotten my glasses at her station but she ran out and passed them to me with a smile and a great joke. I’ve always had a great experience at this location, and would happily recommend it to anyone who needs a fresh look, or just a clean-up. I couldn’t be happier, and I will always suggest this location to my friends in the area.

Very disappointed asked for 4 inches taken off .Ended up taking almost a foot off because she knicked it well above her starting point. And the end it was so uneven I had to go and pay blush and brush to fix it! I wish it would let me share pictures of this mess! Haircut

I don’t know what to say about this awesome place. Oh, I just said it. Anyway it was my first time there and I was totally amazed by the service I got. I thought I was at one of those fancy places the cost you a arm and leg. But I was wrong. The girl who was very nice gave me one of the best hair cuts I’ve had in years. Once you go to this place you’ll not want to go anywhere else. And if you have to wait in line it’s well worth it. I went out of there looking like a new man. They also take info from you so if say you were on vacation in Florida you need a hair cut you can go to Great Clips there and they’ll pop your name up in there computer and know what you need to look your best. This is my place now. There’s no trading up for a better place. I’ve been walking around with a smile on my face all day because of Great Clips.
