This place is garbage, the older lady that cut my hair acted like she didn’t want to be there and terrible haircut!! Messed up the top of my hair cutting the sides which I understand you have to put your hand there that doesn’t bother me what bothers me is she didn’t even try a fix it before I left. Did a less then 5 min haircut for 17$ and I asked for the military discount she told me this store is different then the store you go to we don’t give military discounts really?? I could have done a better haircut myself or my friends 10 year old son

Getting your toddler’s hair cut can naturally be a stressful situation. Weve always struggled to get our youngest boys hair cut and always just settled for whatever the hair dresser could get done. I walked in today and just asked that someone be patient with him and Stephanie did just that and beyond. She talked to him the whole time and kept him happy. I cant thank her enough! She was bubbly and had a bright smile that was friendly and welcoming to all guests!

Friendly environment. My first time experience was not so well since my hair were cut uneven. But the second time was great and Lindsay did a superb job of understanding of how I wanted my hair cut. The hair cut is also pretty cheap (13$ for men). Overall very pleased. Highly recommend this place!

Really bad experience. I’ve been going to Great Clips for awhile to get my haircut. Except for a couple of ladies here, I’ve had bad haircuts every time. I’ve stayed going for the girls who do a good job but after this last haircut I am not going here ever again. How hard is it to cut sideburns?? Some of these people really don’t know what they are doing. At all. Please hire people with experience and who know how to cut hair.

Great hours and location, but it’s hit or miss if you’re looking to get a good men’s haircut. I get the typical high and tight (3 on top and 1 on the sides) and last time it was very uneven. I went to the place on 879 N. Lincoln today and he did a much more thorough job and charged less.

I went there Sunday and got a haircut. Doranda cut my hair. I wanted a short cut so the manager told doranda (not sure if I’m spelling that right) to use a razor. She had never done that and told her manager that and that she did NOT feel comfortable doing it. Her manager said” u gotta learn sometime” so the mgr. Briefly and quickly showed her how to use the razor. The poor girl was clearly overwhelmed. She kept pulling my hair and she kept stopping saying I’m so sorry and would then ask her mgr. If she was doing it right. I told her it was ok. The mgr. Was very short with her, and wen I expressed to the mgr. I’d rather someone who knew how to use a razor cut my hair, and anything else I had to say she ignored me compiecomp! 6 times this poor girl tried to make her mgr understand and help her she would not. I am very irate over this. Something needs to be done about that manager
