I’ll start off by saying that I’ve been going here for several years and I’ve never had any issues with anyone at this Great Clips location. This rating is strictly for the person I dealt with today. I went in, was quickly checked in and taken back. The woman (didn’t get a name) who was supposed to do the cut wasn’t overly friendly to begin with. Okay, that’s fine, everyone has their off days, no big deal. I go to explain what I want done and she says she can’t do it. I’m kinda confused because I’ve had the same thing done before, so I figure maybe I’m just not explaining well enough and showed her a picture. She just kinda stood there for a minute with a disgusted look on her face and said “Oh”. I asked if it was doable and she said “yeah, I guess so.” I’m a little taken aback by her response, so I asked if there was something wrong and she said, again, disgustedly, “it’s just really strange, if you ask me”. I sat there for a minute, again, a little shocked, and then told her nevermind, I wasn’t doing this today and left. Was the hair cut I wanted kinda different/edgy? Yup, sure was. I just don’t feel like she needed to be quite as rude and judgemental as she was. I wasn’t asking that she wear her hair like that. ♀️
