Update: I can’t ever get in to get my haircut here anymore. The wait time is 90+ minutes and usually it’s so long you can’t even get on the wait list. I have to find another place. 5 stars to 3.

Got in quickly without a wait, by using the Great clips app. The hair stylist was pleasant, not too much chit chat. And she did a very nice cut, considering I had about 8 in of pandemic hair length to get rid of.

Like others have reviewed this location is almost notoriously on a 60-99 minute wait. They have 3 stylists hopefully until 5 then it’s down to 2. If you don’t sign in online don’t waste your time. The girls are nice, but I am done giving this location a shot. It’s been like this for 2 years. Not a well oiled machine.

TWO stars for the absolutely terrible online check-in app. It’s definitely not fair to walk ins, especially when you’ve been waiting for a very long time, a chair opens up and they cannot take you because ‘John’ who checked in online is ‘supposed to be there’…even though he is not. It’s not the employees fault…my boyfriend gets very irritated with this, yet he still comes here monthly because the gals do a pretty great job cutting his hair. Ya win some, ya lose some. Just don’t be in a hurry because it’s always PACKED.

I have been going to this location for a little over a year now. Jessica does great work and does exactly what I want every time. This place is very clean despite the fact that it can be busy at times. Even doing the online check in, there is usually a little bit of a wait. The only thing that I would change with the online check in app is to have a way to request a certain person. You have to call ahead to see if the person you request is working.
