I used to go here regularly years ago when I lived closer. Never had any issue then, but a couple weeks ago I asked for a basic fade but to leave about 2 inches on top. Lady got chatting away and by the time I stopped her, she had to even me out at about 0.5 inches left on top. Not even close! Considering if I should go back, but the wait has been showing crazy long recently so pretty sure I’ll just go elsewhere.

My son has major anxiety and has a really hard time going to public places. He got his hair cut today and was struggling with a panic attack. He was embarrassed, but his stylist calmed him down and told him about how she handles anxiety. She was really patient with him and also did a wonderful job. I went ahead and got mine cut too and the girl who cut mine did a great job also. Great service!

I’ve been coming here for over 3 years, and I’m almost never dissatisfied. The employees all try to be friendly and give the hairstyle you want. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that once in a while I’ll get someone who doesn’t seem like they want to be there, or perhaps they just had a bad day. There’s no way for me to know. Either way, highly recommend.

My sister went to get her haircut today and had the worst experience. She had side bang whispy pieces by her ears and her hair stylist completely cut them off, just straight across. Her hair cut was super uneven as well and did not blend. My sister was horrified and has been in tears ever since. My mom had to try to fix the stylist’s mistakes. They definitely will not be back.
