Butchered my hair. Not happy at all. Got home and realized it is extremely chopped up in the back and it’s not even at all. Big chunks are missing on the ends. Also NOT the length I had showed I wanted. Will NEVER go back. If anyone will make a girl more insecure about her hair. It’s this place. Haircut

Needed a cut, as the independent barber I usually go to cancelled due to COVID and most other places were closed for the holiday. First, the good: I walked in bit was able to get seated immediately, so it didn’t take much time. And, she did my eyebrows. The bad: I specifically told the stylist that I wanted a 2 guard trim on the side and a short scissor cut on the top. Not once did she touch a pair of scissors. She spent all of five or six minutes on going over my head with her trimmer. It seemed like she just wanted to be done with me as soon as possible, even though there was no one waiting. A couple of caveats: first, I probably didn’t put out a terribly “friendly” vibe, as I didn’t like being asked phone number and such for “the system.” Second, my stylist knew this was my first time here, why not try to make it as pleasant as possible? This was certainly not worth the $17+tip I paid. Next time, I’ll go with bad hair until I can find an independent place that can give me a cut.

Checked in online, 9 minute wait. Got there in 5 minutes and still had to wait 30 minutes. Finally Got in a chair and told stylist for a trim on my bob haircut and she didn’t know how to cut a bob haircut. Had to go sit back down in the waiting area for another stylist. Really????? I’m not impressed.

Absolutely horrible. My husband went for a cut yesterday (Monday between 5 and 6). Very easy cut and he took pictures to show the beautician. She did horrible on a textbook cut. Paid very little attention to what she was doing and did nothing to even attempt to fix her mistakes. My husband will never go back and I will tell everyone and anyone to stay away from there. He even gave her an almost $10 tip! Unbelievable!

Nice casual lobby. Not usually a long wait time depending on the season. Summers can be a little crowded. The staff has a decent rotation of ladies, so there’s always someone new to talk to, or you get your usual stylist. They’re all very attentive to the style that I’m looking for and get me done and taken care of pretty quickly. One of my go to salons.
