I brought my niece and nephew in for last minute haircuts before school, like we got there an hour before they close the day before school started. They staff were amazing and I am so thankful they were able to accommodate us. The kids loved their haircuts and the staff were kind, made it a wonderful experience for them. This was a hair visit for my 3yr old son who absolutely loves to get his hair cut!! The wait time was accurate. The staff was quick the help provide assistance with the check-in app. Stylist did an amazing job with my little guy and did what was asked.

Back to school haircut for my child was perfect. Excellent job! Wait time was to be expected (about 45 minutes) but they were very busy. Did a good job of getting everyone in and out. Would recommend!

I came in checked in. She told me it would be a wait. No problem. She comes out says I’m next after she uses bathroom. She then comes back and said she couldn’t take me because someone checked in as I was sitting where she told me. Now I have another 30 minute wait. So I’ll be here around an hour waiting.
