The staff was really nice and very interactive, it was clean, quick, and not ridiculously priced. So overall, it’s a good place. However, when I went in I was really nervous because I haven’t cut my hair since I was kid because they cut it all off, but I convinced myself to go in. And when I told her what I wanted, she told me it wouldn’t do anything, and so I just said “well oh okay; we could do a bit more then” and then all she did was trim it after calling my ends on my hair gross and told me we were done and “she knew what I wanted” and obviously I wasn’t going to say anything because I was nervous as it was. Idk, it was good service and everything and I’ll probably go back, but I wish they would have listened to what I wanted because now I have to do it myself.

They did a good job on my parents hair. My mom’s wasn’t as “cleaned up” as she would have like it around the ears and the back of the neck but it is still a cute cut. The online check in was not working for me so that was a bummer but luckily the wait wasn’t too unbearable. You really can’t beat it for the price though.

This was my first time visiting as a walk-in and “Emily” had a perfect vision of what I described only she accomplished way above what I could ask or think. I’d like to go beyond 5 Stars as she’s not only good, she’s gifted. I was also particularly surprised she automatically gave me the senior discount, though I was unaware it’s Great Clips policy.
