I am sad that the person cutting my hair couldn’t do a simple cut. My hair was very long when I went to go get it cut. It was as 3/4 of the way down my back. All I wanted was for the 18 year old blonde lady to cut my hair to about the top of my shoulder blades and add a few layers/texture to it. So it wouldn’t look like a blunt cut at the ends. She did good cutting the length I wanted. When she started in on what was supposed to be layer(s) I knew I should have stopped her. She gave me one layer and proceeded to some how take off from the length even more. Now my hair just touches my shoulders and has a shorter layer on top. ONE LAYER! She didn’t even bother to part my hair correctly during this whole entire hair cut. And it took her 40 minutes to do an EXTREMELY EASY CUT! I know I am not the first person to have troubles with great clips. Smh, I wish they would get it together and stop hiring people that really don’t know what they are doing!

You get what you pay for is the best way to sum this up. If you don’t check in online there is a long wait. They’re cheap for boys and men’s cuts not beard trims. They messed up my step sons hair and they’ve done a bad job on mine but tried to fix both. I don’t go here for myself or my younger kids any more unless I have to. Just not worth it. If you can find a legit salon it is worth the extra money.

I have used this business many times in the past. I am usually satisfied, but this time i was lied to and turned down. I entered the store initially at 5:30 without a mask, I was told to put a mask on and they were closing soon so be back within ten minutes. I was back within 6 minutes, and was still turned down with only the one customer still waiting. I won’t ever retuen. She was wearing a tan dress and had dark hair with purple highlights. I returned at 5:36.

Due to Covid, I called the store to inquire about current protocol to see if it was necessary to schedule appointment at this time, etc. My daughter and I arrived to the store. Two stylists were present. I was told there would be a 15 minute wait. Other customers arrived and was than told it would now be a 45 minute wait. I questioned the change in time. Response given was that these new arrivals had scheduled online. I was not given that as an option when I called the store directly before arriving. My daughter and I stayed, but very disappointed with how this was handled.

Had an appointment and they sent me a 15 minutes until my appointment text. Arrived and they were very nasty saying that they closed at 6 and that I can just come back tomorrow when they open even though I had an appointment. Would not recommend this place.

Got there at 6:15 pm and the ladies fit us in even though they were closing at 7pm. Julie did an amazing job of reducing my 3 feet of tangled hair to a very nice shoulder length layered cut, and am donating it to “wigs for kids”. Thanks ladies, appreciate the excellent service!

Very friendly place, it wasn’t just one of those awkward haircuts. The Stylist cutting my hair engaged in conversation and frequently checked with me to make sure the Clippers weren’t pulling my hair. I have gone to this Great Clips a couple times and each time it was very friendly, welcoming, and generally fast. There is not a lot of wait time and generally they can squeeze you right in. They sanitize and clean very well never have I been concerned about the Clippers, comb, or scissors that they use on me.
