Made an appointment online. Took my grandkids for a cut and had to wait an hour after our alloted time. Very unprofessional behavior from one of the stylist. Two of the stylists actually took a lunch break while we were waiting and left one to handle the stations. Very unhappy. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.

Been going here for 13 years and never had a problem with the service they provided. The last time I was there the stylist couldn’t cut my sideburns evenly. Then after this visit, I didn’t realize it until I got home that the stylist didn’t cut any of the hair on top of my head. So I paid $15 for half a haircut.

I have always had some sort of problem when it came to getting my haircut here (this coming from a loyal customer for almost 20 years). The haircut was never great or even good, it has always been okay. Over the past several months, I have asked for 1 inch on top, but they have cut it to around 3 inches. I’m not sure if you are taking advantage of my poor eyesight to get me to come back more often or what (especially since your prices have more than tripled over the years), but for this reason and many others, I will not be coming back.
