It was one of the quickest haircuts that I had in my entire life-the whole thing took maybe 10-13 mins. The result was less than satisfactory: I had to do a lot of fixing by myself at home. Almost no attention was paid to details (ex: transitions from one layer to another). I gave two stars instead of one because the price is very affordable, but likely I won’t go again.

Terrible service !!! Went to get a mohawk and woman boched my hair all up , complained sigh and moaned tge whole hair cut ! Even heard her call me a f@cker under her breath when i asked her to correct it and tried to get away with giving me a rat tail on the back of my head ! I was nothing but kind and mannerly to this woman even tipped her and she took advantage of me. If you get a soft spoken older woman with a mustache get your cut somwere else !

I already had an inverted bob. I asked for the edges to be more like the picture i.e. frayed chunky edges, a more dramatic angle on the side than I had, and the framing piece in the photo. She noted my hair wasn’t as long as the the model’s in the photo. I just asked for a scaled down version of it. I, specifically, said I wanted the length of very front next to my face to stay the same as it was. I thought we were on the same page.

First off I wanna say this updated review won’t change until something is done about the management there. Anna, my stylist is not apart of this and she is absolutely amazing. But the manager here didn’t care at all. I signed up online. I live 17 minutes away from the store, with traffic. I leave when I get the notification that it’s time to leave. I get there, wait in line, notice my name is gone. After a couple people, I’m greeted and told my name was removed because “I was absent on the system” and that “they have no control over the removal of guests”. Mind you I come here very very often. For haircuts, trims, beard trims, product, everything. Bc Anna is so great at her job. But today, even after speaking to the manager, they said that they couldn’t “leg me cut everyone” even after waiting online already, and that no solution could be done. Then they lied (I confirmed it by calling both a store owner and customer service” that a name stays in the system for an hour. So they didn’t even check to make sure what time I checked in, they just removed me. Now I understand that this may not seem like that big of a deal, but I only go to one person and I’m very picky about who I let cut it, wash it (as I’m aquaphobic), and style it. So losing someone like Anna because of these smiling imbeciles want to do the opposite of customer service and lie to my face sucks so much. I will take my business (sadly) elsewhere.

Going to another Great Clips today to get a recut because of how bad my haircut looks. The stylist was too busy trying to sell me shampoos, conditioners, and gels and complaining how someone called off instead of making sure my hair was cut. I have clear areas that were not cut at all. I still have hair around the side of my ears touching it. Giving a three stars because usually this location is good. This stylist was not.
