My two son’s and I went to get our hair cut. The gentleman and lady who cut my boys hair were great very friendly and did a wonderful job. However, the lady who cut my hair was complaining the whole time we were waiting about how she can’t wait for the day to end. When it was my turn I asked for layers and she proceeded to tell me how terrible my hair would look with layers. She went on to cut my hair and didn’t put it in layers I wanted (probably because it was extra work for her). She also turned away a couple customers when they walked in saying they wouldn’t have time to get their haircut today and was quite rude about it. I understand she may have been tired but don’t make your customers feel like we’re a pain. I definitely will not be back in to see her!

If y’all need a quick clip this is the place, but if you’re looking for a “great clip” go somewhere else. They offer 15 minute haircuts, that’s isn’t a great clip. That’s like going to a fast food place and expecting it to be great food, it’s fast food not great food. They treat their employees horrible. If I could rate great clips with half a star on google I would.

They never cut my hair how I tell them to, they just cut it how they want to. UPDATE: First time in like five years someone new cut it just like I asked. And I didn’t get her name. I will have to find out who it was when I go back.

Decent prices, and the chain as a whole is pretty good, but this specific location has never given me the haircut I asked for even once. The first time, i let it go because the stylist framed my face well and made me look nice at least. But the two other occasions, the stylist didn’t do it the way i asked at all, especially on my last visit in August. I looked and felt terrible, and upon contacting the manager and filing a complaint, i received no response. Won’t be returning to the Great Clips in Erskine Village.

Got my hair cut twice here and loved it. Had different girls and they were both great. I have very very long curly hair and they did a wonderful job. One of the girls also turned me onto a fantastic product they sell for curly/frizzy hair. They really know their stuff
