There was another walk in after me, however when a stylist became available she took the guy that came in AFTER me. Extremely unprofessional. Slow service due to poor management, not hiring or recruiting styles! I go there a lot, and the staff is excellent. The other thing is making sure things are clean and sterile. A few times after a cut, I have had sores on my neckline in the back of my head- this is imperative!
