Great service! Always willing to listen and make sure they understand what you want. I just went to the one in Dunlap and won’t be going back there. I’ll keep going to this one though. Last time I was here the woman cutting my hair saw what I wanted listened and understood and then cut it. At the Dunlap one it wasn’t as great. From now on I’m ALWAYS going here.

i went in for a trim of 4 inches and to get my hair thinned out. my hair was about mid way down my back. the hairdresser started cutting my hair above my shoulders which was about 5 or 6 inches. double of what i asked for. where it was already to late to turn back. then she proceeded to put layers in my hair which i had kindly told her no that i didn’t want them. i came out crying because i hated how short it was as it was almost a bob like hairstyle which i absolutely hate.

They continue to get better. Used to only have walk in service and then it transitioned to check in and now they have alerts. Very helpful when planning a haircut. And they also listen if you want to change something slightly with your hair.
