Critical: QualityThis place gave me the best fade I’ve ever received. Keith was my stylist and she killed it. I thought it was so good, I figured no one else should see it on me. This place gave me the best fade I’ve ever received. Keith was my stylist and she killed it. I thought it was so good, I figured no one else should see it on me. So as soon as I got home I shaved it off. I didn’t want anyone to be jealous of my awesome hair cut. Thank you Keith for your awesome take on a fade. Critical: QualityThese people gave me a scare. I went in to get my daughter (4) and I a haircut. They started with my daughter and she evened out some layers but didn’t trim or even any of the length. (This was her first haircut). I sit down to go next, she’s parting my hair and then stops, calls the other lady over and she nods, and she then stops and says I have nits! (Lice). I was shocked! My head hadn’t been itching, none of the normal signs, I was complete surprised. So I’m kind of in shock as I get up and she offers the kit they have and I buy it (expensive ), and leave feeling embarrassed. I get home, inform the husband, and get to work using the kit. But before hand I’m checking for lice, not finding any, my husband checks my head, doesn’t find any. I check both him and my daughter and see none. I use the kit just to be safe, go through the whole process, use the lice comb, still nothing. Have husband check again, still nothing. Even went to my mom’s house for her to triple check!! Nothing…. Are you kidding me?! I went through that whole scare, bought this expensive kit, and I don’t actually have lice or nits??? These people gave me a scare. I went in to get my daughter (4) and I a haircut. They started with my daughter and she evened out some layers but didn’t trim or even any of the length. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had major reservations about going to Great clips from all the horror stories I’ve heard in the past. I bit the bullet one day because my sister (has her cosmetology license) was busy. I went in and the lady listened to everything I had to say and I ended with a wonderful hair cut, way better than expected. I’ve since been back twice (3 times total) and have had 2 other ladies cut my hair. They all asked questions and answered my own before cutting to make sure they were doing what I asked. I never leave upset or disappointed; and believe me when I say I have had my fair share of bad experiences…(not naming names but steer clear of Walmart CR6 ). I had major reservations about going to Great clips from all the horror stories I’ve heard in the past. I bit the bullet one day because my sister (has her cosmetology license) was busy. I went in and the lady listened to everything I had to say and I ended with a wonderful hair cut, way better than expected. I’ve since been back twice (3 times total) and have had 2 other ladies cut my hair. They all asked questions and answered my own before cutting to make sure they were doing what I asked. I never leave upset or disappointed; and believe me when I say I have had my fair share of bad experiences…(not naming names but steer clear of Walmart CR6 ). Critical: ProfessionalismGot there 10 minutes before there posted closing time, two stylists were working on two customers. Was told they couldn’t get to me today. Better change your hours to closing at 5:50 instead of 6:00.
