There is one stylist at this location who consistently makes mistakes every time they cut my hair. If it was once or twice I’d let it go. First time the whole back left side of my head was 1 inch longer than everything else. Had to put the Cape back on and get them to fix it. Two more trips back and each time the back left part of my head was almost ignored and i had to have them redo it. This last time they trimmed one of my eyebrows and forgot the other one. Another time they skipped around the ears. This is basic stuff here! I think part of the issue is that this person does the entire cut within 5 minutes. Even a high and tight like mine should take a little longer than that. Especially when they consistently forget a whole section of my head. I would hope they would take their time and do the cut correctly rather than rushing and then making me ask for it to be fixed afterward. Feels awkward when you have to do that. It makes me not want to come to this location anymore. Otherwise I have zero complaints about great clips at any of the locations.

Things have greatly changed with the salon . Even though paid for full service was not welcomed at all . The lady who cut my dad and my son hair was very very rude and disrespectful. I think she was not happy to do the service . She was very disgruntled with her behavior towards us together. She needs some good training to deal with the guest . I think I don’t have choice to visit other near by great clips but I think it can always be revised . Please understand that you need to pay back when people pay for their services
