Took my teen son. He needed a trim bc he was growing his hair out in order to put it in a pony tail. Myself as well as my teen were very adamant that he only wanted to make it even, and wanted it to stay long. The stylist did not listen and pushed HER want of getting the hair out of his eyes, so she basically chopped his hair into an old lady haircut. My son is autistic and very upset now. It took him a very long time to get it to that length and now we have to start over. He doesn’t even want to go to school because he is embarrassed of his new pixie cut. If you cannot do what the client wants instead of what YOU want, maybe you shouldn’t be cutting hair!! #disappointed

Not worth the price. A simple cut cost between 30 and 40. The result had no fade in the back, asymmetrical neckline and arch, awkward headline. The worker shaved my forehead when I didn’t ask for it and continue shaving after I told them to stop. This place refuses customary look and have to go with whatever the worker wanted you to look like. Recommend going if you enjoy verbal abuse such as “Don’t tell me how to cut your hair, I know what I am doing” or “your previous cut looks discussing, should be grateful now I am working on it.” Get you hair cut here for sure if you just want your hair shorter and feel indifferent about your look.

I have come here a few times, and every time its like they dont hear you. I will tell them what I want and they simply ignore me and go “you would rather have this because…” and just do what they prefer. My fiancee went, and he wanted a different hair cut, but instead of just listening to him, they just used older references from what he got years ago. On top of this, everytime I come here I also feel like I’m some hassle because of my curly hair. They over explain my hair and what shrinkage is, or why I wouldnt want short hair. I just cut it myself when I get home. If they took time to listen to me then I honestly wouldnt be upset.

They need more training. The woman the did the cut butchered it so bad I had to go to another salon where a wonder young lady fixed in less time than it did for the first one to butcher it. Haircut

The timing of their online check-in is off, but it does allow you to check in and virtually get in line, which is a great service. They are in no hurry and woe to you if you get the barber/stylist that has to wait on those walking in. I told them from the beginning that I had to get to work right from their shop and soon. Still I got the staff that waited on those that walked in kept their eye on the door which was very slowing for my hair cut. Do need to tell them if you want to walk out with your hair ready to wear or you will just get a cut and blow dry, which is not at all like my usual hair cutter shop.
