I had the very distinct pleasure of having Dana for a stylist at Great Clips in Chesterton Indiana for my 3 year old grandson. He is well known for not allowing his hair to be cut. Dana has a way with kids and great technique! She was very pleasant and professional which resulted in a extremely good experience for my grandson! For quality care and service go see her! Went and got a haircut yesterday and just got rubbed the wrong way. The cut was perfect the woman cutting my hair actually got me to talk and we had a nice conversation everything seemed great until my ole lady went up to go get her haircut and my 7 year old daughter had to use the bathroom. She found the bathroom just fine and was getting ready to shut the door when a voice came out from the back room stating that their bathroom is not for the public. I get that for adults but for a little girl??? Come on! I had to walk down to El Salto where thankfully they had common sense and let my daughter use there restroom even though we hadn’t even paid for anything. Big shout out to El Saltos!!! I will never be returning to Great Clips in Chesterton Indiana.

Worst hair cut of my life they give you the same thing everyime I asked them to trim around my ears and not to take any off the top so they shave the sides and neck leaving me with a f’ed up Edgar haircut she walked away while cutting my hair and then forgot to make it even worst 20 dollars ever I will not go back it’s like paying to look dumb or like your 7 and your mom still chooses your haircut and it’s horrible I would rather paint there ceiling with my brain then let there people cut my hair. He was told to leave and never come back because of what his mask said. He had previously purchased a haircut card, 10 haircuts at 10.99 for $109.
