I have been getting my haircut here for a long while. The hairdressers have always been pleasant. Most of the stylists have been at the same location for a long while. We are remembered and always asked how my family members that I have taken in there are doing. It’s kinda like a family OR Cheers…where everyone knows your name!!!! Great people. Kind and caring as well.. I’m glad I have the same employees over and over it makes a difference!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would! I got a shampoo and cut. The shampoo wasn’t relaxing AT ALL , she kept spraying me in the face and getting soap all over me. Then when we got to the chair I explained what I wanted “ evened up with some medium layers and face framing”. She took at least 2-3 inches off my hair. She took about 3/4 inches off my layers. Then with the face framing she took it in WAY to much leaving me with hardly any hair on the sides. So I had ver short UNBLENDED hair on the sides with the back about 4 inches longer and SHORT LAYERS. I had a mullet. I went to another place to get it fixed , only way to fix it was to take another 2 inches off the back leaving me with shoulder length hair. I can’t remember the stylist name but I’ll never be back and won’t ever recommend going there.

A gentleman named Ken cut my two-year growth of hair to above my neckline avoiding multiple skin growths and a patch of injury due for biopsy tomorrow. He did an excellent job on cutting the hair and making sure the stray growing hairs were trimmed even with my skin.

I love this particular great clips. I’ve gotten my hair cut in so many different styles here but it’s always turned out exactly how I wanted it that day. The ladies here are just the nicest, and quick. I’ve gotten great advice on taking care of my super dry hair (I bleach and dye it weird colors at home, which dries it out and then my super dry workplace makes it constantly fluffy). Cheapest place to get a consistent haircut.

Ended up with what I think is a 1 guard on the sides of my head and blended the 1 guard to the top. one side of my head has a high fade and the other side has no fade and blended straight into the top. It was an OK experience. Went in for an all over trim and she only trimmed part of my hair. Which leaves my naturally curly hair frizzy if it’s not trimmed properly. The other lady working acted put out when a lady came in to ask a question.

If I could go lower, I would. Granted my hair cut was okay, the lady I had was rude. I normally go to Great Clips when I can’t go see my stylist who is 30 minutes away. The lady, not sure who it was because I didn’t get a receipt, started to cut my hair dry. I have never had good experience with it being cut dry, but what do I know? I told her that I do shop at the supply store because I still have a license. I had asked about the Great Clips line and to see if they had a reasonable priced leave in and her response “Nothing you can’t already get at the supply store.” In a rude tone. I know my hair and she treated me as if I was dumb. I even told her I used Big Sexy Hair and she asked me if it was a “Red Bottle?” Guess she either doesn’t think her customers know anything or she doesn’t know the product she sells. Will not be returning to this store.
