I do not know the name of the last girl to cut my hair but she did a horrible job! I couldn’t tell when I was away from the mirror but when I got home and up close to a mirror I saw clipper lines in the sides of my hair and my “side burns” where different lengths on each side. There was several long hairs on the left side and there were lines cut in where there was supposed to be blending. VERY UNHAPPY!!!

My husband came in for a haircut today. All he asked for was a haircut. The woman who cut his hair trimmed his beard and botched it!! He left so mad. The woman didn’t even ask if he wanted the beard trim. Horrible experience.

Really great place but know before you go! THEY STOP ACCEPTING WALK INS AT LEAST 30 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSE. You’re really supposed to sign in online to join the virtual “waitlist” before coming in. Something I wish I knew the first attempt to come in haha.

Went in asking for more layers put in because the back felt too thick when I wanted to straighten it. Said I didn’t like my hair touching the top of my back and just asked it it could be brought up just a little. Showed a picture of how my hair looks with curls. I never mentioned length because I only wanted layers put in and the back trimmed. Before I realized it, half my hair was chopped up to my ears. The manager later said that she could see that I usually get a shoulder length cut in my notes but that it wasn’t passed on to the stylist. I left there bawling and ended up paying $50+ at another salon to get it fixed. The other salon said they couldn’t even figure out what the 1st stylist was trying to do and there are multiple areas that I will have to grow out before they can fix them.
