I have been to a few Great Clips in different states because it’s probably one of the most affordable barber shops. At every single location the experience has been great. I’ve never had to wait much to get my haircut and it’s just so easy to get an appointment through their website. I also love that they can see what type of haircut you got last time, so you can just get the usual without having to explain much! Also the establishments are very well taken care of and clean. I’ve been to some other barbers that charge double the money and have their place looking and smelling nasty.

I’ve had better haircuts with some stylists than others, but overall satisfied with everyone who has taken care of me there. Definitely need to sign in online and pay attention to your wait time. Their algorithm isn’t accurate sometimes in both directions. May say you have a 15 minute wait that becomes 30, or a 45 minute wait that becomes 15 (but usually the first scenario)

Poor customer service. The employees were more interested in having a personal conversation than cutting hair. I check in online and arrive on time, and walked out after waiting an additional 20 minutes. I watched 3 other people walk out without being served before me.

I love my newly fresh short hair!! The nice lady who cut my hair was chatty and we had great conversations. She was so sweet to talk with me about my upcoming teaching job. She helped make my hair all one length and it feels really soft and fresh! Great clips always does a great job with my hair and it’s only $13ish for my haircut!

Great stylist and received the cut I wanted. While here there was only one stylist working. She was very good at acknowledging folks coming in while continuing to style hair. She just didn’t get flustered or miss a beat. Very happy with my cut. Extremely happy she came to work and they were open.

I went in because I did a screw up on my hair. I was very light hearted about it and was laughing at myself for being so stupid. My stylist was the most rude person I have ever had. She was extremely insulting and had a stuck up attitude that made me feel like I was 1 inch tall. I just needed my hair evened out and layers added. I had no issues with cutting it short or anything, I was friendly and told her I trusted her to do what ever was needed to my hair. There was NO excuse for her to insult me and be so rude. I will NEVER return here or any Great Clips ever again. This visit made me never want to go to a hair salon again. I went home and cried because her words made me feel so ugly.

Absolutely love this location. I had medium length hair and changed it to a layered bob. Ayruk was great! He helped me get the right style to go with my face shape and asked me questions to make sure he got the right cut. Top notch salon quality service for half the price. I won’t go anywhere else.
