Absolutely the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten!!! I gave specific simple instructions and instead got a Burr HAIRCUT! PLUS for the first time in sixty years of haircuts left with a razor burn on the back of my neck. Couldn’t wear a collared shirt for three days! The Gal apologized but NEVER offered to adjust or cancel the full haircut price!

This is a must check in online or the screen gets tapped showing the people in front of you who are not here. You can wait or they prefer you to leave. They are turning away paying customers who are here for names on the screen who are not here in the 30 mins I have waited so far. I am here with a elderly woman so wait we but the idea of turning away actual people. 3 people have been turned away, Honestly I have never seen anything like this.

The Mexican lady there was very very extremely rude. I never leave any reviews anywhere, but she was just intolerably rude & unprofessional. Firstly, she speaks in a very rude tone. Second, she can’t even cut the hair correctly, left me with the worst haircut of my life. Lastly, she brings minors (her kids probably) and her husband to work. Save your money/time and go to a different store.
