They are nice and respectful. My son has difficult hair that is thick and curly and it was not a problem for the hairstylist! She even put a part line in his hair and I was told by someone else they couldn’t do it! I like the great clips in Meijer better than others. I have had 2 good experiences and hopefully more.

We went to Great Clips around 2:30 on a Thursday. The ladies working there were very nice… but the haircuts were defiantly not the greatest. My brother got a haircut and they cut his hair very nicely, but when it came to the bangs not so much. His bangs were heavily not even. For my haircut it just wasn’t great all around. The hair on the top of my head was not even and my bangs were not even. The ladies were nice in all and talked to us, but I didn’t go there to talk. I went there to get my hair cut.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. I had a picture of a fairly easy haircut….nothing special. The stylist seemed to be just out of school and had no idea what she was doing. She kept going.to ask the other girl (manager?). Finally that stylist made her quit and took over. I left with bangs less than 1″ when i ask for them to go down 1/2 way through eye level. I ask for as little length to be taken off and ended up 6-8″ shorter! I wanted to cry but I even more wanted to just get out of there. To bad because I shop this Meijer weekly and would like to use them…..but never again. I should not have been so kind and told them how upset I was! Be very careful here.
