Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityBad haircuts happen. But when you call in advance to have them fix the problem and then send you away I’ll tell you to come back an hour later and still can’t see you to fix that service they provided that is a problem. That’s how I was treated today and then I was told that I was rude instead of being apologetic it’s saying sorry for wasting my time and having to return to a place that gave me a poor service. Bad haircuts happen. But when you call in advance to have them fix the problem and then send you away I’ll tell you to come back an hour later and still can’t see you to fix that service they provided that is a problem. That’s how I was treated today and then I was told that I was rude instead of being apologetic it’s saying sorry for wasting my time and having to return to a place that gave me a poor service. I’ve had previous good experiences that other great clips however this is not one of them. My family and I will not be returning.

Critical: PunctualityI usually have great experiences at this location, but not today… I checked in on the app around 5:15pm. It said my wait time was about 45 minutes. Cool. I head that way close to 5:45. As I parked I checked the app to verify that my time would be in the next few minutes, as it’s getting closer to my check in time. I noticed that my time had actually gone up. Not a big deal, maybe they had someone in the chair a bit longer than expected. I sit in my car another few minutes, and then go up to the building. I got to the door at 6:04pm. Mind you, the app now says my appointment isn’t for another 20+ minutes. I go to enter the building and the door is locked. There are 2 hair stylists doing hair, and patrons in the lobby. I then noticed a sign on the door saying that their temporary hours due to COVID are 8-6. Well I’m a bit confused, I was able to check in. My name even appeared on their screen inside. I attempted to get the stylists attention, but was ignored. I understand they’re in the middle of doing someone’s hair, but I’ve seen them stop what they’re doing to answer a phone. But they couldn’t have been bothered to take 10 seconds to walk over and say, “I’m sorry the app has not been updated with our new hours, we will need you to come back tomorrow.” No. Instead I stood there for 25 minutes. When the stylist finally comes over to let someone else out, she gave me a HUGE attitude when I explained that I had checked in on the app an hour before and that I even received a text message at 6:13pm saying my turn is coming up.Needless to say, they close at 6. I’m guessing had I tried to walk in 5 minutes earlier instead of sitting in my car I probably would have gotten my hair cut… don’t really expect anyone official to see this.
